Documents Required for BC Small & Medium Business Recovery Grant by Sole Proprietors or Partnerships
1. Name of Business - if business is already registered in BC. Please forward the e-mail from One Stop Registry along with attachment
2. If not registered, then three business names, your name, address, SIN, e-mail, and phone number required for name approval and registration in BC
3. Nine digit business number if your business is already registered in BC
4. Your name and address
5. E-mail & phone number
6. BC Service Card number
7. Month wise Gross Revenue for the last 24 months or in 2019 & 2018. If you are using cash method, then Jan 2021 Gross Revenue too. Example of documents are Black Top Taxi Service's monthly assessments or yearly statement with month wise breakdown.
8. All pages of Notice of Assessments for 2018 & 2019 in pdf
9. T2125 and first two pages of your T1 General of personal information in pdf. These documents are part of your T1 General. You can get pdf copy of your tax returns from your accountant.
10. You must prove that you have a decline in revenue of at least 30% in any point in March or April 2020 as compared to the same months of 2019 (Reduced from 70%) and after that from May to Dec 2020 a decline of 30% at any point of time
11. Your business must be active, and you have no intention to close it.
12. Please send the Notice of Assessments, T1 General in PDF file attachment by e-mail. The other information you can mention in e-mail.

BC Govt. has extended the last date to apply to August 31, 2021 or until the funds are fully expended, whichever comes first.
